What is the return policy?
At Mix n Sip Co, we take pride in providing high-quality cocktail kits and products. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at mixnsipco@gmail.com or mixnsipcompany on Instagram with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and work with you to find a suitable resolution.

Do I need to be over 18 to purchase?
No, you don't need to be over 18 to purchase and consume our products as they do not include alcohol. What one chooses to do with our products in terms of adding their own alcohol is out of our hands and we will not be held liable if any laws are broken.

Our syrups include Sugar, Water, Flavouring, Preservatives, Food Acid, Vegetable Gums and Colours.
Our garnishes include Coffee Beans, Dried Fruit Slices, Dried Rose Petals, Fairy Floss, Popping Candy, Edible Glitter and Coconut.
Our Date Night Conversation Starter Deck usage is strongly advised to only be used by persons over the age of 18.
