My name is Claire, and I am the founder and owner of Mix n Sip Co & Scented by Her. So, let me tell you a bit about me and this business...

I'm in my early 20's and based in Melbourne, Australia. I have always been passionate about business & entrepreneurship, ever since I was a little girl. I knew I was destined to become an entrepreneur but had zero clue how or what I was going to do. I had a few solid ideas, but they never stuck with me. Then one day, the idea of cocktail kits came about and after endless hard work, dedication & research, Mix n Sip Co. was born! I hope you enjoy this experience as much as I do!

Products and Orders:

  • Since we take pride in fulfilling every order, if we run out of stock on an item, you agree that your order may have a short wait time to be fulfilled while we get more stock. If this affects your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to make sure you are happy to wait.
  • We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer.
  • Product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

Payment and Billing:

  • All prices are listed in AUD.
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Afterpay. Other payment methods may be available at checkout.
  • Payment is due at time of purchase.
  • If a payment is declined, the order will not be processed.

Shipping and Delivery:

  • We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand. 
  • Shipping times and estimates are not guaranteed.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers. 
  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. 

Refunds and Returns:

  • At Mix n Sip Co, we take pride in providing high-quality cocktail kits and products. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at mixnsipco@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and work with you to find a suitable resolution. 

User Accounts and Security:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violation of these terms.
